Meet Paul Esajian of Flip This House
Reality TV shows never fail to impress viewers all over the world. Currently, they cover so many aspects of life and among the reality shows which have gained so much following are those on home flipping. Of course, when you say home flipping, the pioneer and most popular these days is
A&E’s Flip This House.
Flip This House has gone a long way since it first went on air in 2005. Several teams have been featured and on its third season, new casts are being introduced in tandem with returning cast members. All members were properly screened to make sure that they have the best knowledge and experience in real estate as professional realtors to boost the show’s credibility.
The third season introduces a new team from New Haven, Connecticut. The team consists of Paul Esajian, his brother JD,
Nathaniel “Than”
Merrill, Jeremy Black who is Paul’s college schoolmate and Lori Parks who takes charge of selling the renovated homes.
One of the stars of Flip This House is Paul Esajian, a successful real estate investor in the U.S. with vast experience in
home flipping. A co-founder of FortuneBuilders Inc.
(www.fortunebuliders.com) and CT Homes, LLC, Paul shares his expertise on rehabbing systems in the show. In the recent years, he has purchased, renovated and sold more than 200 single and multi-family real estate properties. His average budget for a renovation project is $35,000. This busy man now handles more than 25 development projects in nine cities and three states together with his team of more than 35 contractors.
Paul Esajian is known for his unique system of rehabbing homes unmatched by any other realtor. His system, which allows him to finish his projects within a certain budget and time period, and his positive relationships with contractors all contributed to his success in the field of real estate investment.
This successful flipper not only shares his knowledge and skills on the Flip This House show. Along with some partners like Than Merrill, he actually holds a five-day training seminar that teaches aspiring
real estate agents the right ways to flip homes. Being a national speaker, Paul is dedicated to help other investors earn profits and eventually achieve financial freedom by sharing with them his techniques in buying, rehabbing and reselling residential properties.
Paul hails from California where he completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He graduated from the University of California at Davis. Today, he is bent on growing his business following a motto that when there’s no work left to be done, then everything has been done right.
As for his role in Flip This House, Paul considers it a great way to market his business. The truth is, being on the show has helped him find some vendors and partners for his FortuneBuilders business. But although he admitted the risks linked to his participation in the reality TV show and the time constraints involved, he enjoys doing the projects for Flip This House with his team. Watch out as well for his upcoming book on home flipping.
