The popular home flipping show produced by A&E, Flip This House, is now on its fourth season thanks to its strong following. The show continues to entertain and educate viewers on the ins and outs of flipping residential properties. As always, real estate biggies will showcase their skills in buying fix-upper homes, fixing them in record breaking time and successfully reselling them for a profit.
Flip This House’s fourth season will follow the ventures of returning casts in San Antonio, Texas and New Haven, Connecticut as well as new casts in Atlanta, Georgia and Los Angeles, California. Expect a lot of excitement and tempers as team members get busy with their
home flipping projects in their respective areas.
Flipping fans also have to watch out for a special feature on the Flip This House team in Atlanta, Georgia. This time, the spotlight will be on Peter Pasternack, the certified public accountant (CPA) and founder of the Foundations Investment Group (FIG) together with his partner, Brian Trow. Candice Posey, associate broker of Avenue Realty, joins the team as well.
Peter Pasternack is a man who works hard to attain a bright future and help his community. This focus he not only pursues for his personal fulfillment but for the success of his Foundations Investment Group and his community as well. Being in charge of the operational and financial aspects of his group, he always thinks about the growth of the company and how he can bring development into his community in the long term.
Pasternack started out in the Price Waterhouse then shifted to the banking industry where he honed his skills for more than 20 years. He has gained vast knowledge on the reasons behind the success or failure of some business ventures having financed more than 500 businesses in his entire career. His long years of experience are in the fields of banking, commercial finance and asset-based lending.
Additionally, Peter used to be in charge of a couple of asset-based lending institutions including Premier Lending and Piedmont Lending. He has also worked for First American Bank of Georgia and Prime Bank. The Foundations Investment Group which he founded together with Brian Trow aims to provide quality homes to Atlanta residents with excellent customer service. The group is built on trust and integrity which are also the foundation of Peter’s friendship with Brian.
Now that he’s into building quality and beautiful homes in his hometown, Peter Pasternack is bent on sharing his knowledge and skills in making money in the field of
flipping houses still in his beloved hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. Peter believes in the entrepreneurial spirit of Atlanta and is devoted to making his community become more progressive.
Flip This House is a one-hour documentary-soap on television which has gained so much popularity since it went on air. For its fourth season, the flipping teams of San Antonio, Texas and New Haven, Connecticut are returning on the show.
