Get To Know Rudy Martinez of Flip This House

Home flipping fans have something to look forward to as the fourth season of the popular Flip This House television show of A&E commences this March. While the usual excitement and sometimes flare ups in doing the projects by the cast will always be present, there are new casts that will be introduced in the show.

Returning cast members from the third season include former NFL football player Nathaniel "Than" Merrill who takes charge of the New Haven team in Connecticut. Merrill will be with his older brother JD, childhood friend Paul Esajian and the staff of his own CT Homes firm. The San Antonio, Texas team is led by Armando Montelongo who is assisted by his wife Veronica, general contractor Randy Burch and project manager Brent Holt.

The new casts include Rudy Martinez and his team in Los Angeles, California as well as Peter Pasternack and his team in Atlanta, Georgia who will replace the husband and wife team of Harris and Angie Wilford in the third season. Apart from Martinez, the Los Angeles team will also feature the staff of Rudy at Piedmont Financial with which he is affiliated such as project manager Carlos Vazquez and architect/designer Mary O'Grady.

Rudy Martinez is a native of East Los Angeles having been born and raised there. This man is instrumental to the change that has taken place in the eastern section of L.A. which used to have a reputation of being a tough section of the town driving away many investors. Rudy and Piedmont Financial team have contributed to making the area more valuable by flipping an average of three homes each month and earning a profit of at least $50,000 for each house they flip.

Martinez grew up being street savvy and is now overwhelmed with the success he has achieved in his career. Success was never on his mind and even with the achievements he's made so far which have enabled him to mingle with L.A.'s high society, he maintains a low profile. In fact, Rudy is still comfortable keeping his hands dirty when needed. He also sees to it to develop the personal relationships he has started to benefit his business and his community as a whole.

Rudy Martinez is a businessman through and through. In fact, apart from being a realtor, he is also into restaurant management being the owner of Mia Sushi in Eagle Rock and Marty's in Highland Park. He was earlier reported to partner with La Fonda at the Eastern Columbia area.

Finally, after a thorough search for home flippers to star in Flip This House's fourth season, new cast members will be introduced. Earlier, Joshua Koffman of Departure Films, the show's producer, pointed out that they wanted real flippers with strong personalities, who have real estate in their blood and who flip at least 10 or more homes on a yearly basis.

Each flipper featured on Flip This House always has team members that include project managers, realtors/brokers and contractors. One flipping project is normally given from two to six weeks to complete depending on the work involved.

So now, it's time to watch out for Rudy Martinez and his team and find out if they truly make good flippers.
